Few people ever credit themselves or believe that they have the ability or even the responsibility to make a difference in the organization. People too often fall victim to valuing themselves at the perceived level of their position or responsibility.
And often this is a key factor in the progress or lack of progress within teams, departments or the whole company.
You are not what you do..you are HOW you do it! Therefore you are as important to your organization as you perceive yourself to be.
Try attacking your next task with a great positive attitude and work ethic, regardless of how minor or significant you may believe it to be and see its impact on those around you.
You will effect change in your work environment. It is up to you in what direction you lead others by your example.
