People too often fall victim to valuing themselves at the perceived level of their position or responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>And often this is a key factor in the progress or lack of progress within teams, departments or the whole company.<\/p>\n<p>You are not what you do..you are <strong>HOW<\/strong> you do it! Therefore you are as important to your organization as you perceive yourself to be.<\/p>\n<p>Try attacking your next task with a great positive attitude and work ethic, regardless of how minor or significant you may believe it to be and see its impact on those around you.<\/p>\n<p>You <em><strong>will<\/strong><\/em> effect change in your work environment.
